DIACAP Training Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

If 14 or more days remain prior to the start of your scheduled training, you may cancel your training, or reschedule it to a later date. Cancellations will receive a full refund.

If fewer than 14 days remain prior to the start of your training, cancellation and rescheduling requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations will receive a 75% refund.
